Our Merchandising Process:

Upon completion of our preliminary studies on a Client's business plan, merchandising departments, inventory brands, budget and targeted consumes market, our merchandising team in coordination with our store design team proceeds with the development of the store's merchandising plan, display presentations for showcases, wallcases and window displays.

Research and analyzes most appropriate presentation and branding of stock packaging & display designs & styles of packaging & display manufacturers. Upon identifying specific styles makes appropriate redesign/alterations to current designs to best suit our Client's store presentation and store brand.

Our team prepare an inventory of all related packaging and display goods, prepares an order of goods and issues tenders to three selected manufacturers for pricing and delivery on a preset date! On receive of the tenders , our team along with our Client review and makes a decision on a design and company and proceeds with order!

On completion of the construction of a Client's store, we execute a one day merchandising sceminar/training to a Client's team on the location of the various departments, presentation and orientation of display settings and on theft prevention procedures.
